Simply calculate how many families are represented at your organisation and order one backpack (2 boxes) per family from our range.
Alternatively, you can pre-order your selection of fruit bars by getting each family to complete the pre-order form. Then simply collate these and contact us with your total order.
Please allow around four weeks for delivery as our products are made to order.
Once you receive your order, you can pack them into your free Eco Back Packs and hand them out to each family participating, and watch your profits grow.

How do I place an order?
Simply fill out our online enquiry form or call us on 1300–099–744 to get started. We can arrange everything over the phone or via email. If you already know how many back packs you need or have collected all your pre-orders, you can also download an order form and fax it back to us on (03)–9428–3967.
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll check everything’s OK and call you to see whether you’d like to set up a credit account with us. We’ll do our best to contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order.
How much does each backpack/box cost?
Each back pack contains 24 bars (2 boxes of 12 bars each). We sell each bar to you for $1 each, so each backpack costs a minimum of $24.
We suggest you sell each bar for $2, so each backpack will sell for $48. That generates a minimum profit of $24 for each sale you make (based on our profit assumptions).
Is there a minimum number of backpacks/boxes I need to order?
Minimum order is 15 back packs (30 boxes). Each back pack contains 24 bars (2 boxes of 12 bars each). You can raise around $360 in profit on a minimum order – that’s 50% profit (based on our profit assumptions). Order 100 backpacks and earn up to $2400 in profit.
Also, there’s NO CHARGE for delivery for minimum orders within Australia.
If you wish to order less than 15 back packs (30 boxes), please contact us as we’ll need to charge a delivery fee for smaller orders under our minimum.
Do I need to order the minimum quantity for each fruit bar variety?
You can order as many backpacks/boxes of each fruit bar as you like, as long as the total is at least 15 back packs (30 boxes) so you can qualify for free delivery. Mix them up or order just one variety, it’s your choice.
To help your fundraisers, we suggest selecting a mix of varieties so they have greater flexibility when selling to people. Plus, everyone can then try our three yummy varieties!
If you really can’t choose between our great flavours, just hop on the phone and we’ll help you with some ideas. (James’ favourite is Apple & Blackcurrant while Monica’s is Apricot & Manuka Honey, so we’ll do our best to be unbiased with our suggestions!).
When can I expect delivery?
We’ll get your delivery to you as soon as we can. When planning your fundraiser, please contact us around 4 weeks prior to your fundraiser so we can ensure we’ve got all the varieties of fruit bars you want. Usually everything will be OK, however if we need to bake a fresh batch of bars for you, we’ll do this as fast as we can.
When you’re planning your fundraiser, please allow at least seven days for delivery so there’s plenty of time for you to receive your order in time before you really kick things off.
Do you delivery Australia wide?
Yes, we offer free delivery to anywhere in Australia as long as you order at least the minimum number of 15 back packs (30 boxes).
Do I have to pay for delivery?
No, you don’t. We offer free delivery anywhere in Australia as long as you order at least the minimum number of boxes.
If you wish to order less than the minimum, please contact us and we’ll let you know how much the expected delivery fee will be.
What should I do when I receive my order?
You’re off and running! Start selling! Before you do though, please check that you’ve received all the backpacks, boxes and varieties you’ve ordered, and that the invoice matches your original order. We’re pretty sure everything will be OK but sometimes the odd mistake may happen.
Also, please check that none of the boxes is damaged or missing any items.

When do I pay?
If you have an approved credit account with us, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to pay your invoice. If you haven’t yet set up an account with us then we’ll need to receive payment before we send out your order.
How do I apply for a credit account?
If you didn’t receive a credit application form when you placed your order, just call us on 1300–099–774 and we’ll send you one to fill out. If you get the nod from us to open an account, then you’ll have 28 days from the date of delivery to pay your invoice.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card, we only accept Visa and Mastercard (sorry, no Amex). We also charge a small percentage fee (1.5%) that covers transaction processing surcharges.
Whole Kids eco backpack
Every family that participates in the Whole Kids Healthy Fundraiser will receive a free eco friendly backpack to keep.
Our Whole Kids eco friendly backpacks are made from non woven polypropylene material (NWPP), which is made from recycled spun bond polypropylene that is recyclable, durable and reusable.
Each backpack comes with back straps for easy carrying, and drawstring closure around the top with a front flap secured by velcro. There’s heaps of room inside, so you’ll find lots of uses for it.
Can I return any backpacks/boxes that I don’t sell?
For food health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for unsold stock. When placing your order, please think carefully about how much stock you may need. You can always order more if needed. If you’re unsure of how much you need to order, please contact us for a chat and we’ll run through everything with you.
